Returns and changes in store

If your order was placed online or in a domestic store (Spain), you can return and/or exchange it at any of the following stores:

• Nude Project Madrid (Fuencarral, 18)
• Nude Project Valencia (Calle de Martínez Ferrando, 1)
• Nude Project Barcelona (Carrer Canuda, 37)
• Nude Project Ibiza (Av. de Bartomeu de Roselló, 5)

If your order is international, you can return and/or exchange it in a store located in the same country:

• Nude Project Amsterdam (Leidsestraat 31)
• Nude Project Milano (Corso di Porta Ticinese, 64) *Exchanges only, no returns.
• Nude Project Lisbon (R. Áurea, 153)
• Nude Project Berlin (Alte Schönhauser Str. 28)

⚠️ Important: La Roca Village and Las Rozas operate independently and only accept exchanges and/or returns for items purchased in those same stores.

With the receipt of the order, you have 30 days to make a refund or to change the product; as long as the items are in the same condition in which they were received.

For in-store returns, your refund will be reflected in the original payment method within a period of 3 to 5 days, depending on the bank.

Returns by delivery company

If you made your purchase online, you can also return your items via courier. 

Since the date of shipment, you have 30 days to register your return here:

You only need the order number and email.  

You will immediately receive both the return label by email as well as the refund in the original method of payment, through an IBAN number or in store credit. iff payment was made with Store Credit, the refund will be in the same format.

Important: To avoid any confusion in our warehouse, we cannot process returns for multiple orders in a single package, as each order has a unique order number. Combining them could lead to delays or errors in handling the return. Each return will need to be processed separately.

Remember that under no circumstances will in-store returns be accepted for requests processed online; returns must be dropped off at the designated Drop-off Point.

Nude Project is not responsible for the amounts paid for delivery logistics efforts, and we don’t refund shipping costs.

The price of the return is: €4.9 in Spain /€10 European Union /€25 outside Europan Union.

⚠️ Returns are not accepted if an exchange has already been made.

Another order number will be generated and shipped within our usual delivery times.

The price of the exchange is: In Spain the first exchange is free, the second exchange is €3.9/ European Union the first exchange is €6.9/ Outside Europan Union the first exchange is €19.9, the second exchange is €24.9.

We do not accept exchanges from the Canary Islands, Liechtenstein, Azores, Japan and Azerbaijan we only accept returns. 

⚠️ International exchanges: If you chose DDP for your original shipment, unfortunately, Nude Project cannot cover the customs fees for the exchange order. If you decide to proceed with an exchange, please note that the second shipment will be sent with DAP.

Important: Once we receive your order in our warehouse, it goes through an inspection process. The products must be in the same condition as when you received them. We reserve the right to accept or reject the return. We will not accept returns in bad condition (stained, broken, or other products not from our shop). Unfortunately, we will not issue a refund or return the item.
