What is our return policy?Updated 16 days ago

Returns and changes in store:

You can return or change your national order for free at our Nude Project Madrid store (Fuencarral, 47), Nude Project Valencia store (Calle de Martínez Ferrando, 1), Nude Project Barcelona store (Carrer Canuda, 37), o Nude Project Bilbao (Portuko Markesaren Kalea, 11) or Nude Project Ibiza Store (Calle Av. de Bartomeu de Roselló, 5).

International stores operate independently, and you can only process a change or return at the same store where you purchased it (including our store in La Roca Village, Local 16). Our Milan store doesn't accept returns.

With the receipt of the order, you have 30 days to make a refund or to change the product; as long as the items are in the same condition in which they were received. 

To avoid any confusion in our warehouse, we cannot process returns for multiple orders in a single package, as each order has a unique order number. Combining them could lead to delays or errors in handling the return. Each return will need to be processed separately.

In the case of store returns, your refund will be reflected in the original payment method within a period of 3 to 5 days, depending on the bank.

Returns by delivery company:

If you bought online, you can also return your items by mail. Since the date of shipment, you have 30 days to register your return request through this form. You only need the order number and email. Items must be in the same condition in which they were received. You will immediately receive both the return label by email as well as the refund in the original method of payment, through an IBAN number or in store credit.

Nude Project is not responsible for the amounts paid for delivery logistics efforts, and we don’t refund shipping costs.

The price of the return is: €4.9 in Spain /€10 European Union /€25 outside Europan Union.

Returns are not accepted if an exchange has already been made. 

Exchanges by delivery company:

From the moment your order is shipped, you have 30 days to register your exchange request through this form. You only need the order number and email. Items must be in the same condition in which they were received. Another order number will be generated and shipped within our usual delivery times.

The price of the exchange is: In Spain the first exchange is free, the second exchange is €3.9/ European Union the first exchange is €6.9/ Outside Europan Union the first exchange is €19.9, the second exchange is €24.9.

We do not accept exchanges from the Canary Islands, Liechtenstein, Azores, and Japon we only accept returns. They will have to request through this form, but the customer will have to process it independently.


Important: Once we receive your order in our warehouse, it goes through an inspection process. We reserve the right to accept or reject the return. We will not accept returns in bad condition (stained, broken, or other products not from our shop). Unfortunately, we will not issue a refund or send the item.
