I didn't receive my order, what happened?Updated 23 days ago

Our logistics operator will contact you if there is a failed delivery to make sure you receive it as soon as possible. If you prefer, you can contact the transport services that are processing your order by calling or through their website to arrange a new delivery. 

There are two main reasons why you may not have received your order: 

Wrong address: we recommend checking if the provided address is correct.

Failed deliveries: GLS and UPS will try up to two times to deliver the package. Then, they can leave it in a parcel shop. 

Remember that you can check the status of your order here. 👀 

If the order cannot be delivered and is being returned to the sender, we will issue your refund once the package has been received at our warehouse. We don't re-ship your orders.
