Return shipments have a specific protocol and it is different from the original shipment. 

Once you send your return to your nearest delivery point, our transport agencies will pick it up and take it back to our warehouse. Our team of operators will receive the returns and proceed to process them. Once it passes quality control and the products have been returned in the same delivery conditions, we will proceed to accept your return. Therefore, we are sorry to tell you that they take longer to process.

We assure you that we will process your return as quickly as possible and you will receive a refund or a new exchange order as soon as possible.
