How soon will I receive my new order or my refund?Updated 10 days ago

Returns follow a different process from the original shipment, as they require a specific logistics protocol. 

⚠️ First, make sure to submit your return request through our form. We cannot accept any returns that are not registered through our form.

Once you drop off your return at the nearest drop-off point, our carrier will collect it and bring it back to our warehouse. There, our operations team will receive, inspect, and process the return.

The refund or shipment of your new product will only be issued after the item has passed our quality check and is confirmed to be in the same condition as when it was delivered.

Because of this, the process may take a little longer than usual. That said, we’ll do our best to process your return as quickly as possible so you receive your refund or exchange promptly.
