Returns and exchanges in store:
In the case of store-bought returns, if you have paid using a credit/debit card or cash, the full refund will be made in our Nude Project Madrid store (Fuencarral, 18), Nude Project Valencias store (Calle de Martínez Ferrando, 1) or Nude Project Barcelona store (Carrer Canuda, 37), Nude Project Bilbao store (Portuko Markesaren Kalea, 11, Abando) as long as the online purchase confirmation email is presented with the corresponding order number or a copy of the dataphone of having purchased in person.
International stores operate independently, and you can only process a change or return at the same store where you purchased it (this also includes our store in La Roca Village, Local 16).
In the case of requesting a change, it is possible depending on the stock in the store. If the product you are exchanging your order for is more expensive than the original price, you can pay the difference. In the same way, we will refund the difference if the exchange price is lower than the return price.
You have a period of 30 days from the day the purchase is shipped to make changes or returns in store, as long as the conditions of our exchange policy are met.

You can make your return or exchange request through this form, you only need the order number and email. Our exchange and return platform allows you to immediately receive both the return label by email and the refund in the original method of payment or through an IBAN number.
Nude Project is not responsible for the amounts of the delivery logistics efforts in case of a request for a refund and will only process the items indicated by the customer in the return/exchange request.
From the moment your order is shipped, you have 30 days to register your exchange or return request as long as the conditions of our exchange policy are met.
