To process an exchange and/or return, you only need your order number and email address.
Please note that you have 30 days from the shipping date to register your return request.

If your online purchase was made from the United States, please consider the purchase date before submitting your request. You have two options:
- Form for purchases made before May 3, 2026.
- Form for purchases made on or after May 4, 2026.
This only applies to the United States. Please use the general form if your online purchase was made from another country.
