Yes, if your order online is a national order you can return your order placed online at one of our national Stores:
- Nude Project Madrid store (Fuencarral, 18)
- Nude Project Valencia store (Calle de Martínez Ferrando, 1)
- Nude Project Barcelona store (Carrer Canuda, 37)
- Nude Project Bilbao (Portuko Markesaren Kalea, 11)
- Nude Project Ibiza Store (Calle Av. de Bartomeu de Roselló, 5)
You have 30 days from the moment your order is shipped.
⚠️ Note: international stores operate independently, so you can't process a change or return in our international stores (including our store in La Roca Village, Local 16).
It is necessary to present the online purchase confirmation email in the store to process the refund and accept the return. We don’t refund the shipping cost. The refund will be returned to the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the bank.
Items must be in the same condition as when they were received.
