No, we’re sorry, but you can’t return or exchange your order on our website if you purchased in a store.
All in-store purchases must be handled in store, because our website doesn't detect orders placed in-store.
Please note: International stores operate independently, including our location at La Roca Village store.
You would have to go back to one of our stores and manage it there.
