No, we’re sorry, but you can’t return or exchange your order on our website if you purchased in a store.
All in-store purchases must be handled directly at the store, as our website is unable to detect orders placed in physical locations. Because these in-store orders are not registered in our online system, they cannot be processed through our online returns or exchanges support program.
Please note: International stores operate independently, including our location at La Roca Village store.
You would have to go back to one of our stores and manage it there.
