Private Sales at Nude Project are exclusive events designed for our most loyal community. Only selected members, such as those in the Key Members program. receive early access to discounted products.

How can I get early access?

• By being part of our Loyalty Program and a Key Member, you already have early access.
• If you don’t have an account yet, you’ll need to register through this link to get early access.
  

On Monday the 28th, you’ll receive an email with the access code, which will also be available in your account.

Will there be Private Sale items in physical stores?
No, Private Sales are exclusively available online.

Exception: You can find selected Private Sale items at our La Roca Village store (Santa Agnès de Malanyanes).

Returns and Exchanges

Can I exchange or return products purchased during the Private Sale?
Yes, you can exchange or return products purchased during the Private Sale.

All requests must be submitted through our online form.

You have 30 days from the shipping date to request a return or exchange.

Can I manage returns or exchanges in physical stores?

• Exchanges: Exchanges are not available in any of our physical stores.
• Returns: You may return online purchases at any of our physical stores —but only after submitting your request through the online form. The amount refunded will match the amount paid.

⚠️ Note: in-store drop-offs without prior online request will not be accepted. Returns must be dropped off at the designated Drop-off Point.
