What is Key Members?
Key Members is our loyalty program. When you join, you earn Nude Project points with every purchase, along with exclusive perks. The higher your tier, the better the benefits you unlock, giving you access to even more exclusive advantages as you progress in the program.
How can I join Key Members?
Simply create a Nude Project account. It only takes two minutes! Once completed, you're part of the cult and officially a Key Member.
Is it free to join Key Members?
Yes, joining Key Members and enjoying its benefits is completely free.
Can I leave the program at any time?
Yes, you can unsubscribe easily and at no cost through your account. Please note that to leave the program, you must close your Nude Project account. Keep in mind that if you leave the program, you’ll lose all your accumulated and pending points. If I were you, I wouldn’t do it.
Tiers
How many tiers are there in Key Members?
Key Members has three tiers: The Penthouse, The Suite, and The Executive.
To reach each tier, you need to accumulate a specific number of points.
How and when do I receive my benefits?
Once you reach a tier, you immediately unlock all its benefits. You can check them at any time in the "My Account" section. You can also enable email notifications to stay updated on future updates and receive details about your benefits.
How do I level up in the program?
Each tier requires a specific number of points. Once you reach that amount, you’ll automatically move up to the next tier. The transition occurs once your points are fully processed, which takes 31 calendar days if they were earned through a purchase.
How long do I maintain my tier in Key Members?
Once you reach a tier, you’ll never move down.
Can I check how close I am to the next tier?
Yes, you can view your current tier details and how many points you need to progress in the "My Account" section.
Points
What are points used for?
Your total points determine your tier. Additionally, points can be used to redeem rewards. Once you accumulate enough points, you’ll automatically be promoted to the next tier and enjoy its benefits.
How can I earn points?
Once you join Key Members, points are earned from:
- Purchases: Earn 1€ = X points depending on your tier.
- Activities: Certain activities, like following us on Instagram, award additional points.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points earned to redeem rewards expire 12 months after they are generated.
When will my points be added to my account?
- Points from purchases will appear as pending immediately after your order. They will be added to your total 31 days after the purchase.
- Points from other activities will appear instantly.
Where can I check my points?
You can view your accumulated and pending points in the "My Account" section.
Using Points
How can I redeem points?
You can redeem your points at checkout for any product on our website.
You can also redeem points to claim rewards.
Do points expire?
Yes, redeemed points expire 12 months after the date they were generated. However, pending points will not be added to your balance if the purchase is refunded or canceled during the 30-day processing period.
Can a reward be partially applied?
No, you’ll only be able to apply the discount if the current cost of the order is equal to or higher than the value of the discount. If the cart value changes after the discount has been applied, it will be removed.
If I pay with points or rewards, will I still earn points on the purchase?
No, points are only earned on the amount spent without discounts.
Key Members in Stores
How can I earn points for in-store purchases or redeem rewards?
You only need to provide the email linked to your Key Members account in-store.
If I earn points in-store, will they automatically update to my online account in real time?
Yes.
Can I create my account in your stores?
Yes, but you’ll also need to create it on our website with the same email address to view your points and rewards.
Can I use a discount in-store that I redeemed online?
Yes.
