What is Key Members?
Key Members is our loyalty program!
By joining, you earn points with every purchase and get access to exclusive benefits. The higher your tier, the better the rewards, and they only get better as you move up through the program.
How can I join Key Members?
Just create an account at Nude Project – joining Key Members is completely free.
You’ll receive an account activation email, and in less than two minutes, you’ll be part of the program. Once you're in, you're part of the cult. 🤎
Can I leave the program at any time?
Yes, you can opt out at any time and at no cost by simply closing your Nude Project account.
However, if you leave the program, you’ll lose all accumulated and pending points. If we were you, we’d think twice...
Points
What are points for?
Your total points determine your tier and allow you to redeem rewards. Once you earn enough points, you’ll automatically move up to the next level and unlock its perks.
How can I earn points?
- Purchases: You earn points with every purchase (1 € = x points, depending on your tier).
- Activities: Certain actions, like following us on Instagram, also give you points.
You can redeem your points from the Key Members site once you're signed in.
Do my points and rewards expire?
- Points: Expire after 12 months.
- Rewards: Expire after 6 months.
However, your membership tier will remain the same.
What happens if I return or exchange a product I earned points for?
- If you return an item, the points will be automatically deducted.
- If you exchange it, your points will be adjusted accordingly.
⚠️ Remember: if you unsubscribe, you’ll lose all your points.
When will my points be added to my account?
- Purchase points will appear as pending right after your order. They’ll be confirmed and added to your total 31 days after purchase.
- Activity points will be added instantly.
We’ll also take into account purchases made up to one month before registration.

How many tiers are there in Key Members?
Key Members has three tiers:
- The Penthouse
- The Suite
- The Executive
How and when do I receive my benefits?
Once you reach a tier, you immediately unlock all its benefits. You can check them anytime in the My Account section.
You can also enable email notifications by subscribing to our newsletter to stay up to date and receive exclusive perks.
How do I move up a tier in the program?
By earning points:
- 31 calendar days after purchase-related points
- Instantly for activity-related points
Good news: once you reach a tier, you never go down.
How can I see how close I am to the next tier?
You can check your progress in the My Account section, along with your available benefits.
Stores
Can I earn points or redeem rewards in physical stores?
Yes. Just give the store team the email linked to your Key Members account.
Points are synced across both online and physical stores.
Can I create my account in your physical stores?
Yes, but we recommend also registering on our website using the same email. That way, you can track your points and rewards easily.
Can I use a discount redeemed online in-store?
Some rewards are exclusive to online purchases. Please check with our in-store team!
