When does Black Friday start?
Black Friday begins on November 25th with different access windows:
- Key Members (Loyalty Program): early access from 7:30 AM (CET)
- Early Access (subscribers): early access from 8:00 AM (CET)
- General Access: available for everyone from 9:00 PM (CET)
Can I use discount codes?
Personal discount codes or codes purchased before the campaign cannot be used during Black Friday.
But don’t worry — they will be available again once Black Friday ends.
Can I modify my shipping address?
You have 10 minutes after completing your purchase to update your shipping address or your email directly from the checkout page.
After this time window, we cannot cancel the order or modify its items.
If you need to make any changes, you will have to wait to receive your order and request an exchange or return through our portal.
When does Black Friday end?
The campaign will run until discounted items are sold out. Hurry, these deals don’t happen every day!
How long do I have to request an exchange or return?
Orders placed from November 25th onwards can be exchanged or returned until January 8th through this form.

What happens if I want to make an exchange but the size or product I want is sold out?
We only process exchanges for items that are currently in stock on the website.
If the size or product you want is no longer available, we won’t be able to complete the exchange.
In this case, you can:
- Choose another available product
- Request a refund
Will discounted products be restocked?
No. Once discounted items sell out, we will not restock new sizes or additional units.
Will there be discounts in physical stores?
Yes. Black Friday in our physical stores starts on November 26th at 12 PM.
Please note that store stock is more limited than online.
Do shipping times change during Black Friday?
Due to high demand during Black Friday, shipping times may vary slightly.
We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
Remember that you can check your order status at any time.
Can I buy online and pick up in a physical store?
No, we currently do not offer in-store pickup for online orders.
